We are delighted to welcome Steffi our new receptionist to the team, here are a few words from Steffi
"I’m Steff, I’m 24 and originally from Berkshire. I love children and animals and spend most of my free time with my stepson, Austin, my dog, Diesel, and my pony, Pepper. I also have 2 goldfish called Spud and Harry, a Bearded Dragon called Kane, and a hamster called Lady Hammington! I’ve worked in customer service for 7 years, and spent the last 5 working with the customers and animals at a well-known pet store. It was great seeing people getting geared up for their first puppy, and helping to sort them out with everything they need to make it a magical experience, and I can’t wait to do the same with our guests at Westward Living, whether it be a perfect romantic getaway, a family retreat, or the wedding of their dreams. I am amazed at how beautiful the cottages and apartments are here at Westward Living, and the stunning scenery is just the icing on the cake! As well as several years’ experience, I have an NVQ is Customer Service, and a strong understanding of how important these breaks are for our guests. This means it is of the upmost importance to me (and everyone else here!) that your time spent with us is as enjoyable as possible. I’m looking forward to meeting everyone that’s coming to stay with us, and I’m certain you will not be disappointed by everything Westward Living and Ocean Kave have to offer!"
