The Paddocks is a truly exceptional cottage, perfect for couples who need to escape from the world, just for a little while.
Our luxuirious Paddocks cottage features large, bright open-plan living, with intimate dining area and relaxing lounge. The fully equipped kitchen is perfectly conducive to cooking together but if you would prefer you can order take away from the broad choice of local restaurants or venture out to one of the many traditional Devon pubs and restaurants in the area.
Lush carpeted stairs lead you to The Paddocks’ piece de resistance: the ornate, open-plan bedroom, complete with illuminated jacuzzi bath. Egyptian cotton bedding, vintage French-style furniture and opulent décor make this a room built for relaxation. As you sink into the sumptuous whirpool bath, you will feel the stresses and strains of day to day life drift away.
On a warm day, you can relax on the patio or dine al fresco or take a short walk to admire the sunset. On cooler days, The Paddocks will offer you a haven of warmth against the elements; curl up on one of the sofas with a book in front of the LED colour changing fire or enjoy a film on the Smart TV.
If you are feeling adventurous, the surrounding area has plenty to offer. There are a few fascinating local attractions nearby and there is access to the South West Coastal Footpath direct from Westward Living. Explore the coast; walk into the village of Westward Ho!; visit the beach, or check out the local boutiques and shops.
Whatever the season, this beautiful part of the country has something magical about it. In the spring, meadows and forests come to life, while in the winter, the craggy coast looks at its most romantic.

A two-storey cottage located on an ex throughbred stud farm in Westward Ho! 900 square feet over 2 storey’s with outside patio on ground floor. Open plan bedroom with Jacuzzi bath. Separate bathroom with walk in shower.
Cottage is located on a stud farm with a single track leading to front door
Space for private parking is situated outside the front door
Guests are able to preorder shopping but must be present to accept delivery
Information is given to all guests prior to arrival on local suppliers

We got married here last year and returned this summer for our first anniversary. I can not justify in words how wonderful this place is.
